 Q: I do not receive items after purchase.
A: To help us address your issue in the quickest turn around please provide the following info:
– Your character name and server in which you made this purchase.
– The payment order including order number, order date and time, and order amount.

 For Android: You can go to check the emails from Google Play to find out the payment order.

For iOS: Open iTunes in your computer -> Log in with your Apple ID -> ‘Account Info’ -> ‘Purchase History’ -> ‘See All’ -> Click the ‘Arrow’of the item.

 If your iTune is latest version, please provide the screenshot of payment order and the screenshot of the message about your money deduction from your bank.

Login Issue

 Q: I failed to log in the game. What can I do?
A: Please try below methods to see if it can help.
-Open your Facebook/Google Play App or Game Center to log in at first if your game account is bound to either of the platform, then log in the game again.
-Clear cache in your device and restart the device.
-Check your device RAM space should be 1G or above.
-Open the game under good network environment.

If the problem persists, please give us below information for further checking:

Game Account

 Q: I can not find out my previous character/account. How can I do?
A: Please check if you have selected the correct account type and the server to log in the game.

First: Account Type
If your account is bound to Facebook,Google Play,Gamecenter account, please tap “ACCOUNT”in ‘PLAY’ page to switch to corresponding account type.

Note: When you switch from a Guest Account, the progress of the Guest Account won’t be retained. If you wish to retain that Guest Account progress, bind to a Facebook, Game Center, or Google Play Account first, before switching.

Second: Server
Tap “Select Server” button in “PLAY” page to select server.

If you still can not find out your character, please contact our customer service and provide them with your previous character name and new character name.

Q: Can the game data be synchronized between Android and iOS devices? 
A: No, the game data can not be synchronized between Android and iOS devices, even if binding the account to Facebook.

Q: Can the game data be transferred from one server to another server?
A: No, the game data can not transferred from one server to another server. If you move to different server, you will start over.

Q: Can I transfer my account data between Phone and PC?
A: The PC client has its own server. Player can not transfer the account data between Phone and PC.

Q: How to bind a guest account?
A: Tap “ACCOUNT” in “PLAY” page->”Bind Account” ->bind your guest account to Facebook and Gamecenter on iOS devices or Facebook and Google Play on Android devices.

Please note that the Facebook, Gamecenter or Google Play which you bind should be never logged in the game before.

It is suggested you try to bind your guest account which can save the account data.

Q: How can I unbind an account which is bound to Facebook/Google Play/Gamecenter already? 
A: We are sorry that player can not unbind an account once being bound.

Q: How can I switch to Facebook, Google Play, Gamecenter account? 
A: Tap “ACCOUNT” in “PLAY” page -> “Switch Account” – Switch Account allows you to switch to an account (Game Center, Google Play, or Facebook Account) that has existing the game progress associated with it.

Note: When you switch from a Guest Account, the progress of the Guest Account won’t be retained. If you wish to retain that Guest Account progress, bind to a Facebook, Game Center, or Google Play Account first, before switching.

Q: How can I start a new Game?
A: Tap “ACCOUNT” in “PLAY” page -> “Start a new game” – This is to let you start a brand new Guest Account.

Note: When you switch to a new game account from a Guest Account, the progress of the original Guest Account won’t be retained. If you wish to retain that Guest Account progress, bind to a Facebook, Game Center, or Google Play Account first, before switching.


Gameplay

Q: How to download the game? 
A: Player can search Rules of Survival to download the game through Google Play store or App Store.

For PC version, download, install and open the PC version from http://www.rulesofsurvivalgame.com, then open the mobile client and scan QR code to login. You can only log-in to the PC client by scanning the QR code with your phone.

Q: What is the server time? 
A: The server time is as follows:
Euro Server:UTC+0
Asia Server: UTC+8
North America:UTC-8

Q: How to change my character name?
A: Currently, the character name can not be changed. But the desire to do so has been passed along to our developers. Sincerely we hope it will be added in the near future.

Q: Why it says “Nickname used” when I create a new character and input a character name?
A: Please note that the character name is unique in one server. If this Nick name was used, it will says “Nickname used” when you input the same Nick name. Please try to change another Nick name or add the number to the Nick name to be distinguished.

Q: Why I do not receive the gold after a match? 
A: A player can gain 5000 gold from match at most per day. Player can check the “max daily gold” received at the left bottom of the page when a battle is over.

You will not gain any gold if the total gold you gain from match is over 5000 daily. Please wait for the next day of server time to get gold from match.

Q: What can I do with Gold? 
A: Player can spend gold on Supply Box.

Please note that the item from Supply Box is totally random. It is possible to get an item you already owned.

Q: What can I do with Diamond? 
A: The Diamond can be used to make up the difference when you do’t have enough gold when purchasing supply box.

Q: Why I can not add my friend? 
A: Please make sure if you satify the requirements as follows:
1. Your friend’s nick name which you input is right. Be aware the character case.
2. You and your friend share the same server
3. You and your friend are on line.

Please try to search your friend for a few more times Because of unstable network, it may be delay.

Q: Why I can not add PC client players? 
A: Please note that the PC client has its own server. If your character is on Phone, you can not add PC client players.

PC client players can add other PC client players and get matched with other PC client players.

Q: How to distinguish teammates in a battle? 
A: In a team battle, the players with blue color Nick name are your teammates. The players who does not show the Nick name are enemies.

Q: Why I get the same item from Supply Box? 
A: Player can possibly get face, pants, camo, hairstyle, skirt and so on from supply box.

However, the item from Supply Box is totally random. It is possible to get the item you already owned.
